These rules govern the use of the platform. By signing up, you agree to them.

1Registration and account

  • ▸One account per person or company.
  • ▸You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • ▸Registering with fake details is not allowed.
  • ▸The administration may block an account in case of violations.

2Posting listings

  • ▸One free slot for a sale listing. Paid packages are available for more.
  • ▸Up to 10 give-away listings — completely free.
  • ▸Listings do not expire. If you want, you can switch on auto-removal after 30 days — when posting or later when editing.
  • ▸Listing title — max 70 characters. Description — max 1000 characters.
  • ▸Photos must show the real condition of the item.
  • ▸Prices are set in hryvnia (₴). Give-away listings use a price in points instead.

3Prohibited items and actions

  • ▸Prohibited: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property.
  • ▸Prohibited: pornographic or offensive content.
  • ▸Prohibited: spam, duplicate or fake listings.
  • ▸Prohibited: fraud, price manipulation, deceiving buyers.
  • ▸Prohibited: trading accounts and personal data.

4Location

  • ▸Set the real location of the item on the map so buyers can find you.
  • ▸Radius search shows items nearby. The default radius is 500 km and can be changed.
  • ▸Your radius and coordinates are stored in your browser only and never appear in the page address.
  • ▸The address is used for search only and is not shown to third parties outside the listing.

5Moderation

  • ▸Listings are published immediately, without prior moderation.
  • ▸The administration reviews listings selectively and on reports, and may remove any of them without explanation.
  • ▸Repeated violations lead to an account block without warning.

6Liability

  • ▸BazarIn is an information platform. All deals are made directly between the parties.
  • ▸The platform is not a party to any deal and is not liable for the quality of items or the behaviour of users.
  • ▸The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the item description.
  • ▸We recommend meeting in public places and inspecting the item before paying.

7Privacy

  • ▸We do not sell or pass your personal data to third parties.
  • ▸Contact details (phone, Telegram) are visible only in the listing and only if you choose so.
  • ▸You can delete your account through an administrator.

8Swapping for points

  • ▸Only registered users can swap.
  • ▸The owner sets the price of an item in points. A rough guide is 1 point = 1 US dollar; nobody verifies the estimate.
  • ▸Points move from the person who takes the item to the person who gives it, and only after both sides confirm the handover.
  • ▸The owner chooses who gets the item and is not obliged to accept the first request.
  • ▸Points are granted only to users with a verified phone number. Signing in with Telegram or SMS verifies it automatically — no separate step is needed. Weekly and monthly earning caps apply.
  • ▸The caps forbid nothing: beyond them the swap happens as usual, the points simply are not granted.
  • ▸Points are not money: they cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn. Attempts to game them are grounds for a block.
